Action=Knowledge x Motivation
Stages of change:
1. Per Contemplation: Denial or It's everyone elses fault
2. Contemplation: It's the way things are
3. Pre Preparation: The Balance is tipped or You start to consider other options
4. Action: You start to take steps
5. Maintenance: It takes root
Do you have the skills, the resources, the confidence, the vision, the resistance? If not find people in your life to assist you that have these qualities and abilities.
You can't make change happen. You don't have to come up with all the answers (you may not have the best answers). Don't wrestle collaborate.
When assisting others take into consideration the spirit of why you want to help, express empathy, develop discrepancy, and know your roll and how to deal with resistance.
