Clean Slate

Nothing will change unless you do.
So if you really want things to change you do need to put some effort in and start with a clean slate:
1) Reconfirm to yourself what you want.
2) Make sure that your goals are realistic.
3) Write down your goals for this year.
4) Spend a few minutes every morning reading your goals and imagine what it will be like when you achieve them.
5) Make a plan to achieve your goals.
6) Take small steps each day or week to achieve your goals.

When you spend a little time each morning reinforcing your desires, you put yourself in the position to follow through on your commitments to yourself.

You can make this year the year that you follow through on promises made to the most important person in your life--YOU!
